Built around the training requirements outlined in EEOC Management Directive 110, this self-paced course covers the core knowledge every EEO investigator needs before opening a case file: the major EEO laws, the different types of discrimination you'll be asked to investigate, and the basics of investigative writing.Ā

New Investigator Readiness Course
Completing the 32-hour training sets the foundation. This course tells you what to actually do with it. Designed as the next step after the 32-Hour Investigator Training, this lighter, self-paced course prepares you for your first real assignment, from gathering the tools and applications you need to how to read and work with case documents, how to organize evidence, how to conduct interviews, and how to put together an Investigative Plan (IP) and Report of Investigation (ROI) with confidence instead of guesswork.
